1. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns/exchanges within 14 days of delivery date if:
 Items are unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging
 Tags and certificates are intact
 Final sale items excluded (personalized/custom pieces, gift cards)

2. How to Initiate a Return
Email us first at shisuicloud@outlook.com within 14 days of delivery with:

Your order number

Item(s) for return

Reason + photos if defective

We’ll email:

Return authorization (RMA) number

Approved return method

Hong Kong return address

3. Return Shipping
Customer responsibility: You cover return shipping costs

Strongly recommended: Insured tracking service (we’re not liable for lost returns)

Original shipping fees: Non-refundable

4. Refund Processing
Timeline: Within 14 days of receiving your return

Method: Original payment (PayPal/bank refund delays may apply)

Deductions: Refund = item price only (shipping/taxes excluded)

5. Exchanges
Subject to identical return conditions

Available for same item in different size/color (stock permitting)

Email us first for exchange authorization

6. Damaged/Defective Items
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Order number

Photos/video of damage/defect
We’ll cover return shipping and provide:
 Replacement (if available) or
 Full refund (item + original shipping)

7. Non-Returnable Items
Earrings for hygiene reasons (unless defective)

Personalized/engraved items

Gift cards

Items without RMA number

8. International Returns
Customs forms: Mark as "RETURNED GOODS" with declared value ≤ USD 20

Duties/taxes: Not refundable; returns may incur import fees

9. Final Sale Items
Clearly marked "FINAL SALE" at checkout:

No returns/exchanges

Includes clearance/limited-edition pieces

Note: For hygiene protection, earrings must have intact hygiene seals for returns.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
