All orders ship from our Hong Kong studio within 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding Hong Kong public holidays).

Delays may occur during high-demand periods (e.g., holidays) – we’ll notify you if your order is affected.
2. Shipping Destinations
We ship worldwide from Hong Kong.
Note: Some restrictions apply to sanctioned countries.

5. Order Tracking

Tracking numbers emailed within 24 hours of shipment.

6. Shipping Address Policy

7. Delayed/Lost Packages
After 30 days with no delivery:

We’ll investigate and reship/refund per carrier’s lost package policy.

8. Restricted Items by Destination
Certain countries restrict:

9. Signature Requirement
