1. Processing Time

  • All orders ship from our Hong Kong studio within 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding Hong Kong public holidays).

  • Delays may occur during high-demand periods (e.g., holidays) – we’ll notify you if your order is affected.

2. Shipping Destinations

We ship worldwide from Hong Kong.
Note: Some restrictions apply to sanctioned countries.

4. International Customs & Duties

  • shisuicloud is NOT responsible for:

    • Import taxes, customs duties, or brokerage fees.

    • Delays caused by customs inspections.

  • Customer responsibility:

    • Pay all fees required by your country.

    • Provide accurate shipping address (errors may incur re-shipping fees).

5. Order Tracking

  • Tracking numbers emailed within 24 hours of shipment.

  • Monitor your package:

    🔍 Enter tracking number on carrier’s website (DHL/FedEx/HK Post)

6. Shipping Address Policy

  • Double-check your address at checkout – we cannot redirect shipments.

  • Incorrect addresses may result in:
    → Additional shipping fees for resending
    → Package return (refund = item cost minus 15% restocking + shipping fees)

7. Delayed/Lost Packages

After 30 days with no delivery:

  1. Contact local post office/carrier with tracking number.

  2. If unresolved, email us at shisuicloud@outlook.com with:

    • Order number

    • Carrier case reference
      We’ll investigate and reship/refund per carrier’s lost package policy.

8. Restricted Items by Destination

Certain countries restrict:

  • Jewelry containing specific materials (e.g., ivory, exotic woods)

  • High-value shipments (require extra documentation)
    We’ll contact you if your order is affected.

9. Signature Requirement

  • Express orders > USD $200 require signature on delivery.

  • Standard shipping: Signature at carrier’s discretion.
