Track Your Order

Thank you for shopping with shisuicloud. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking page.

How to Track Your Order

Step 1 – Locate Your Tracking Number

After your order has been shipped, we will send you an email containing:

  • Your order number

  • The tracking number

  • A direct link to the carrier's tracking portal

Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving the shipping confirmation email for the tracking information to update on the carrier's website.

Step 2 – Track Through the Carrier Website

Click the link in your shipping confirmation email, or visit the carrier's official website and enter your tracking number manually.

Step 3 – Check Your Order Status

Once you enter the tracking number, you will be able to see:

  • Current shipment status

  • Estimated delivery date

  • Scanning history including departure, transit, and arrival scans

No Tracking Number Yet?

If you have received an order confirmation but not yet received a shipping confirmation, your order is still being processed. Most orders ship within 1–3 business days.

Tracking Shows No Information

If your tracking number does not show any information after 48 hours, please try the following:

  • Refresh the tracking page after a few hours

  • Double-check that you entered the tracking number correctly

  • Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number

Tracking Shows "Delivered" But You Have Not Received Your Package

If your tracking information shows that your order has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

  • Check with family members, neighbors, or building management

  • Look around your property for any safe hiding spots the carrier may have used

  • Wait an additional 1–2 business days, as carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered early

If you still cannot find your package after 2 business days, please contact us at ZE9788744108@Outlook.com with your order number and tracking number. We will do our best to assist you.
