Ready to see where your shisuicloud treasures are? Tracking your order is simple.

How to Track:
Find Your Tracking Number:
Look for an email from us titled "Your shisuicloud Order Has Shipped!" sent to the email address used at checkout. Your unique tracking number will be included in this email.

Click & Go:
Simply click the tracking link in that email for real-time updates on your package's journey directly from our shipping carrier.

Manual Tracking (if needed):
If you can’t find the email, enter your tracking number directly on our shipping partner’s website (e.g., DHL, FedEx, Hong Kong Post).

Important Notes:
Tracking Activation: Please allow 24-48 hours after you receive your shipping confirmation email for the tracking information to activate in the carrier's system.

Global Journeys: Orders ship from our studio in Hong Kong. Tracking updates will show your package’s progress internationally until it reaches you.
